2. Principle

Personal data is processed only as far as this is necessary to run the website and to answer your enquiries. The basis is the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and its ordinance. No data is sold and no profiles are built.

3. Server logs

When the website is opened, the server technically receives details such as IP address, date and time, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. These logs are kept by the hosting provider GoDaddy (GoDaddy.com, LLC), serve secure operation and troubleshooting and are not combined with other data. They are deleted according to the provider's retention periods.

4. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, subject and message are transmitted and delivered as an email to info@reymond-tobias.ch. The message is also stored on the server of this website so that it can be read in the protected editing area. These details are used exclusively to answer your enquiry and are not passed on to third parties.

To keep out automated junk mail, the server checks a field that is invisible to humans, the time between opening and sending, and the number of messages per IP address. No captcha and no third-party service is used.

Messages are sent through the mail server of the hosting. If you write directly to the Gmail address, delivery runs through Google Ireland Ltd. respectively Google LLC. If you would rather avoid that, use the form or the address info@reymond-tobias.ch.

5. Visitor counting

This website does not embed third-party analytics. If simple page-view counting is active, it runs through WebAtze (web-atze.com) and stores only the date, the address requested within this website and a counter. IP addresses are not stored, neither shortened nor encrypted. No identifier is set that would allow individual people to be followed across several visits.

6. Cookies and local storage

The public part of this website sets no cookies. In the protected editing area, which is open to the operator only, a technically necessary session cookie is set. Without it, signing in is not possible. It has no meaning for visitors of the public pages.

7. Third-party services

No fonts, map services, video embeds, analytics tools or ad networks are loaded from other servers. All files are stored on the server of this website.

The home page contains links to a LinkedIn profile and to the websites dj-atze.com and web-atze.com. These are ordinary links: only when you click them is a connection to the respective provider established, and from that moment their privacy policy applies. As long as you do not click them, nothing is transmitted.

8. Retention

• Enquiries by form or email: for as long as necessary to handle them, after that they are deleted – unless statutory retention obligations apply.
• Page-view counts: as totals per day and page; they contain no personal reference from the outset.
• Server logs: according to the hosting provider's retention periods.

9. Security

The website is delivered encrypted (HTTPS). The editing area is protected by a password that is stored only as an Argon2id hash; it is nowhere kept in plain text. Failed attempts are rate-limited. Despite all care, complete security cannot be guaranteed when data is transmitted over the internet.

10. Your rights

You have the right to information about the data processed about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You may also object to processing and – where applicable – request the release of your data. A short message to tobias.reymond05@gmail.com is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

11. Changes

This policy may be adjusted when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
